The Krista Education Group has been honoured with the Best Holistic Early Childhood Education Institution Award at the 11th Private Education Excellence Awards (PEEA) 2026, held yesterday in Kuala Lumpur, recognising its outstanding contribution to holistic early childhood education nationwide. Krista’s Executive Director, Mr Lee Seng Chee, received the award on behalf of the Group.
The award was presented by Guest of Honour, Yang Berbahagia Puan Sarina binti Salim, Director of the Private Education Division, Ministry of Education Malaysia, together with Prof. Dato Dr Toh Kian Kok, President of the Private Universities Professors’ Association of Malaysia and witnessed by Ms Vijaya Letchumi, Chairman of Koperasi Pendidikan Swasta Malaysia (Educoop) and Datuk Lau Wai Cheng,
President of National Association of Private Educational Institutions (NAPEI), making this recognition especially meaningful to the entire Krista family. Also present at the Awards Ceremony were Krista Education Group’s CEO, Dato R. Rajendran and the Krista HQ team.
This award affirms Krista’s longstanding commitment to providing holistic, child-centred early childhood education nationwide through its award-winning programme, the Krista CAPABLE Programme —nurturing not only academic readiness, but also children’s social, emotional, physical and moral development.
For nearly three decades, Krista has remained committed to one simple belief: every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive in a caring and stimulating environment.
Krista shares this achievement with all its dedicated teachers, passionate educators, franchisees, parents and most importantly, the thousands of children who inspire Krista every day to do better.
